1. Purpose of Processing
1.1. Consent is given for the purposes of receiving and reviewing information sent by me through the website https://mediacia.moscow/ appeals, clarifications regarding the circumstances related to them, preparation and sending of a response, as well as subsequent interaction regarding this appeal via telephone, email, personal messages in messengers and social networks using the contact details provided by me.
1.2. Within the specified purposes, it is allowed to provide consultation on the requested service, a preliminary estimate of its cost, agreement on the order conditions, or communication of the result of the requested verification of the document's authenticity.
2. Composition of personal data
2.1. The consent applies exclusively to the data provided by me, necessary for consideration of the corresponding appeal:
- first name or last name, first and patronymic — in the amount provided by me;
- phone number and email address;
- identifier or username in a messenger or social network provided by me for interaction regarding the appeal;
- chosen method of communication;
- message text;
- information on the subject of the order;

- personal data additionally provided by me during the interaction regarding this request, including information communicated during a phone conversation, the content of correspondence, documents, and files, to the extent necessary for its consideration.

For the purposes of registering and reviewing the request, verifying the correctness of submission, and confirming its circumstances, the page address of submission, date and time, request identifier, and information about expressed consent are recorded. The notification to the Operator also includes the IP address of the connection to the server, information about the browser and device transmitted by the browser, language settings, the time from preparing the secure form to submission according to the server clock, and the approximate time from opening the current page to submission, if reported by the browser. This information is not used on the basis of this consent to track page transitions, determine the full duration of a visit, or for advertising purposes.
2.3. Technical information included in the inquiry notification is processed within the purpose and period of the inquiry review. This consent does not authorize the publication of materials, their advertising use, or transmission to analytical services. Personal data in files and copies of the inquiry must be deleted at the end of the period specified in section 4, if there is no independent legal basis for further processing.
4. Term of consent and data storage
4.1. The consent is valid for the period necessary to consider the inquiry, but not more than 90 calendar days from the date of the last substantive message or phone call regarding the relevant inquiry, unless the consent is withdrawn earlier. In the absence of subsequent interaction, the period is counted from the date of receipt of the inquiry. Sending automatic messages and service notifications does not change the start of the specified period.
4.2. When concluding a contract, the processing of personal data necessary for its conclusion and execution is carried out on the relevant independent legal basis. The retention periods of contractual and mandatory accounting documents are determined based on the purposes of processing and the requirements of the law.
4.3. The minimum information necessary to confirm consent or to protect rights and legitimate interests may be retained on an independent legal basis, in the composition and for the periods established by the Personal Data Processing Policy.
5. Procedure for Withdrawal of Consent

5.3. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its receipt. After receiving the withdrawal, the Operator ceases processing on the basis of this consent and ensures the destruction of personal data within the timeframes provided by law, if there is no independent legal basis for continuing their processing or storage.
6. Limits and procedure for expressing consent
6.1. This consent does not extend to advertising mailings, advertising calls, the dissemination of my personal data to an indefinite circle of persons, and the use of optional analytical tools.
6.2. This consent is given regarding my personal data. The processing of personal data of third parties contained in the submitted materials is allowed only if there is an independent legal basis. This consent does not replace written consent in cases where such a form is mandatory by law.
