About the mediator
Andrey Viktorovich is a professional mediator in Moscow. The work is based on neutrality, confidentiality, respect for the parties and practical implementation of the agreements reached.
Professional profile
Mediation is conducted by Andrey Viktorovich, a professional mediator with a diploma of higher education in psychology, as well as documents on professional retraining and advanced training in the field of “Mediation”.
Psychological education helps to better understand the nature of conflict: emotional tensions, hidden interests of the parties, resistance to negotiations, reasons for distrust and factors that prevent the parties from coming to a lasting agreement. At the same time, the mediator retains a neutral position and does not represent any party.
Andrey Viktorovich is a member of a self-regulatory organization of mediators and works as a professional mediator. He follows a structured approach: assessing whether the dispute is suitable for mediation, preparing the parties, organizing negotiations, recording the agreements reached and supporting the final mediated settlement agreement.
Qualifications and professional training

Approach to the process
The mediator’s job is not to replace the court, lawyer or psychologist, but to create a safe and manageable negotiation procedure in which the parties can discuss the dispute without pressure, recrimination and public escalation. Special attention is paid to ensuring that the final conditions are clear, realistic and suitable for implementation.
If necessary, the parties may engage their own lawyers, representatives, appraisers, experts or other specialists. The mediator does not impose a decision, does not give an advantage to one party and does not make a decision for the parties to the dispute.
Mediated settlement agreement and notarization
A successful process may lead to a mediated settlement agreement: a written document recording the agreements reached, deadlines, the parties’ actions, payment arrangements, property transfers, performance of obligations or resolution of the conflict.
With the parties’ agreement, a mediated settlement agreement may be notarized. Notarization is particularly important where the parties need additional legal certainty and more reliable subsequent performance of their agreements.
