Designations in the document: TIN — taxpayer identification number; OGRNIP — primary state registration number of an individual entrepreneur.
1. Subject of consent and information about the Advertising Distributor
1.1. I, as the recipient of messages, freely and voluntarily give individual entrepreneur Andrey Viktorovich Svirin, TIN 772872317733, OGRNIP 322774600176722 (hereinafter referred to as the Advertiser), prior consent to send advertising to me via email in accordance with Part 1 of Article 18 of the Federal Law of 13.03.2006 No. 38-FZ "On Advertising".
1.2. Advertiser's mailing address for correspondence: 117647, Moscow, P.O. Box 15. Email for inquiries and opting out of advertising: privacy@mediacia.moscow. Advertiser's website: https://mediacia.moscow/ (hereinafter — the Site).
1.3. This consent applies to advertising messages about the Advertiser's services, special offers, and conditions for acquiring his services.
1.4. Sending messages is allowed exclusively to the email address specified by me in a separate subscription form on the Site. The use of other addresses or communication channels based on this consent is not permitted.
1.5. This consent does not extend to advertising phone calls, SMS, messages in messengers, or advertising of third-party independent services.
2. Procedure for Expressing Consent
2.1. This consent is expressed by independently setting a separate, previously unset consent mark to receive advertising messages in the subscription form on the Site, which contains a link to this document, and by clicking the "Subscribe" button.
2.2. The consent mark is not set in advance. The opportunity to review this document is provided before performing the actions specified in clause 2.1.
2.3. Consent is considered given from the moment the subscription form with the set mark is sent. Separate confirmation of the address via email is not provided. When subscribing, I specify the email address for which I am entitled to give this consent.
2.4. For the purpose of confirming receipt of consent, the Advertiser records the email address, subscription identifier, the fact of setting the mark and sending the form, the date and time of consent registration, the page address, and the version of this document. The processing of this information is carried out in the presence of a legal basis provided by law.
3. Duration and procedure for withdrawal
3.1. Consent is valid for three years from the date of giving consent, unless it is withdrawn by me earlier or the subscription is terminated by the Advertiser. Extension of the specified period is allowed only based on newly provided consent. The mere fact of receiving or viewing an advertising message does not extend the validity period of consent.
3.2. I have the right to withdraw this consent at any time by:
- a) using the "Unsubscribe" link in the advertising message;
- b) sending a request to privacy@mediacia.moscow;
- c) sending a request to the Advertiser's correspondence address.
- d) sending unsubscribe forms on the Website indicating the email address.
3.3. For subscription identification purposes, it is recommended to indicate the email address to which advertising messages are sent. Using the "Unsubscribe" link or the opt-out form does not require sending an additional statement or confirmation via email.
3.4. Upon receiving a request, the Advertiser is obliged to immediately stop distributing advertising to me, including excluding the relevant address from subsequent mailings and from mailings of previously prepared advertising messages.
3.5. Upon expiration of the consent period, the sending of advertising is discontinued. Resumption of mailing is allowed only after obtaining new prior consent.
4. Voluntariness and limits of consent
4.1. Providing this consent is not a condition for the consideration of a request, receiving a response, concluding a contract, or receiving services. Refusal to provide consent and its subsequent withdrawal do not limit the ability to use the Site and submit requests.
4.2. Withdrawal of consent does not prevent sending necessary messages related to the consideration of an inquiry or the performance of a contract, provided there is an appropriate legal basis. Such messages must not contain advertising content.
4.3. This document is an independent consent to receive advertising. Consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of advertising distribution is provided separately. Sending advertising messages is allowed if both consents are given, expressed in a separate subscription form.
4.4. Changing this document does not expand the scope of previously given consent. To change the communication channel or expand the subject of advertising, a new consent is required in the appropriate scope.
