1. What services are provided
The Service Provider offers agreed services to prepare and conduct negotiations and assist dispute resolution with a neutral mediator. Mediation requires a separate written agreement between the parties to the dispute, specifying its subject, the mediator, the procedure, timeframes and cost allocation. Payment of an Order Invoice does not itself replace that agreement or the other party’s consent to participate.
The content of a particular service, the subject of an order, the composition of actions, the list of materials, the format of the result, the cost, the term and special conditions are determined by the individual Order Invoice and other binding agreements for the selected service.
2. How to place an order
- The customer sends a description of the task, available documents and other materials related to the task through the communication channel available on the site or another agreed channel. The composition of the required materials depends on the chosen service.
- The Contractor evaluates the task and forms an Order-Invoice with reference to the current edition of the Public Offer.
- The Client checks the subject, questions, cost, terms, and payment procedure.
- The contract for a paid preparatory service is concluded as specified in the Offer and the Order Invoice. Conducting mediation itself additionally requires a separate written agreement of all parties to the dispute; payment does not replace their voluntary consent.
3. Methods of payment
- by bank card through the bank's or payment operator's secure payment page;
- by non-cash transfer to the issued invoice or bank details;
- by any other method explicitly specified in the Order Invoice and permitted by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Payment is made in Russian rubles. The method, amount, and payment term are determined in the Order Invoice. A cash receipt or other settlement document is sent to the Customer in cases and manner provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4. Procedure for payment by bank card
- After agreeing on the task, the Contractor sends the Order Invoice and an individual link to the secure payment page to the Customer.
- Before payment, the Customer checks the service name, Order Invoice number, payment amount, and payment purpose.
- On the secure payment page, the Customer enters the bank card details into the designated fields. Card data should not be sent to the Contractor via email, messengers, or through the feedback form.
- If necessary, the bank that issued the card may request additional confirmation of the transaction, including a one-time code or another method provided by the bank.
- After processing the transaction, the payment page notifies of a successful payment or a denial. The Customer is recommended to save the electronic confirmation until receiving the cash receipt or another accounting document.
- The contract is considered concluded after the payment, which constitutes acceptance of the Offer, is received in the Contractor's account or after such payment is confirmed by the payment operator — in accordance with the Order-Invoice and the Public Offer.
Do not close the payment page until the operation result appears and do not use the browser refresh button during payment confirmation.
5. What to do in case of payment problems
Payment declined. Check the accuracy of the entered data, the card's expiration date, the available balance, the limits set by the bank, and the permission for online payments. The reason for the denial is determined by the bank that issued the card; if the payment is declined again, contact this bank.
Money not debited and confirmation not received. The payment is not considered completed. You can retry the payment after verifying the data or request a new payment link from the Provider.
Money debited, but no message of successful payment or order confirmation received. Do not make a repeated payment before checking the first transaction. Inform the Executor of the Order Invoice number, date, time, and payment amount, as well as the last four digits of the card. Do not provide the full card number, its expiration date, security code, or one-time confirmation codes.
The payment was made twice. Send an inquiry to zapros@mediacia.moscow with the Order Invoice number and details of the two transactions. After verification, the excess amount received will be returned in the prescribed manner. The actual timing of the refund depends on the bank that issued the card.
The payment page does not open or a technical error occurred. Check your internet connection, try opening the individual link in the current version of the browser, or request a new link. For payment questions, contact by phone +79657512580 or at the address zapros@mediacia.moscow.
6. Security of transactions with bank cards
- Bank card details are entered directly on the secure payment page of the bank or payment operator, and not on the Contractor's website.
- The Contractor does not receive or store the full card number, its expiration date, CVC/CVV codes, one-time passwords, or other data that would allow carrying out a card transaction independently.
- The bank that issued the card has the right to apply additional verification of the cardholder, including 3-D Secure technology or another verification method.
- The Contractor may only receive information necessary for identification and accounting of the payment: transaction status, amount, payment identifier, and masked payment instrument information.
- Do not disclose your card security code, passwords, or one-time codes to anyone. Before entering details, make sure the payment page is opened via a secure connection and that there are no browser warnings in the address bar.
- Do not save card details on a public device and do not make payments through untrusted networks. After completing the transaction, close the payment page if the device is used by others.
Personal data provided on the website when submitting an application and fulfilling an order is processed in accordance with Personal data processing policy. The procedure for processing card details on the payment page is determined by the bank or payment operator to which the Customer submits this information.
7. Full and partial payment
By default, 100 percent prepayment is applied. An Order Invoice may provide for a payment for acceptance and subsequent payment of the remaining cost.
Partial payment is credited to the total cost of the service and is not a separate commission, penalty, or fee for the conclusion of the contract.
If the balance is paid after the notification of readiness, the agreed result of the service is transmitted after full payment, unless otherwise specified by the Order Invoice.
8. Cash receipts for advance payment
Upon receipt of full or partial advance payment, the Contractor issues a cash receipt in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
If the Customer makes multiple payments before the completion of services, a cash receipt is issued for each payment in cases provided by law.
After the completion of the provision of services and the transfer to the Customer of the agreed result of the service, the Contractor forms a final cash receipt against the previously made advance payment. The final check can be formed without additional write-off of funds, if the cost of services was fully paid earlier.
Cash receipts are sent to the email addresses or subscriber numbers provided by the Customer or delivered in another manner provided by law.
In cases where the legislation of the Russian Federation allows non-use of cash register equipment, a cash receipt is not generated. The Customer is provided with an invoice, an act of rendered services, and other settlement documents stipulated by law and the contract.
9. When the term begins
The term begins to be calculated from the next working day after the onset of the last of the necessary events: receipt of the provided payment, a full set of documents and information, confirmation of the necessary authority, approval of the task and other mandatory conditions of a particular service. Special terms are specified in the individual order.
The period may be suspended while waiting for the necessary documents, explanations, answers of third parties, mandatory approvals and agreed costs or the elimination of other obstacles. The Contractor informs the Customer about the reason for the suspension and further order of work.
10. Transfer of the result
The agreed result of the service is transmitted electronically and (or) on paper in accordance with the Order Invoice. An electronic copy may be sent by e-mail, electronic document management, secure storage or other agreed channel.
A paper copy of the result, as well as original documents, media and objects (if transferred) transferred for execution of the order are issued in person or sent by courier or post upon agreement of the Parties. The party paying for delivery is indicated in the Order Invoice.
