Appointment of an expert examination
The expert opinion is prepared within the framework of the examination appointed by the court or other authorized body. Issues, objects, materials and procedural conditions are determined by the document of appointment. At the request of the parties, you can preliminarily discuss the competence, possibility of research, necessary materials, cost and term.
Difference from a specialist's opinion
A preliminary private examination and a specialist report do not become a court-appointed expert report merely because of the document’s title or payment for the service. Appointment of an expert examination follows the applicable procedural rules.
