Website focus: Professional mediation in Moscow for disputes where it is important to negotiate. The specific objects, questions, materials and format of the result are agreed before the start of work.
This section provides background information to prepare for the settlement of the dispute. The presence of a page does not mean that a forensic examination is carried out within the framework of mediation or free assistance; the relevant work and competence of the specialist are agreed separately.
Why you need a document
A specialist report contains the results of an agreed examination and answers to the questions posed. A client may request it to assess the circumstances, prepare a claim, negotiate or submit materials in court. The assignment and the provider’s competence determine the subject and scope of the examination.
What is reflected in the conclusion
- The reason for the inquiry, agreed questions and information about the provider.
- Description of objects, presented materials and limitations of source data.
- The course of research, methods and sources used.
- Rationale and conclusions on each issue; annexes, if they are provided for by the task.
What materials to prepare
Transmit the task description, documents and information about the object, dates of events, already available conclusions and specific questions. Originals, inspection and additional materials are agreed separately.
Use of the result
The document is evaluated along with other materials. The Contractor does not guarantee a predetermined conclusion, the outcome of the dispute or the acceptance of the conclusion by the court. Private appeal in itself does not replace the appointment of a forensic examination.
