How the process works
First, a preliminary analysis of the corporate conflict is carried out: who are the parties, whether there are documents, what is the history of the conflict, what options are acceptable and what risks prevent an agreement.
After that, the mediator helps to form a neutral invitation to the second party, agree on the format of the meeting and conduct negotiations with respect for confidentiality and equality of participants.
Mediation is not based on pressure. The goal is to find a solution that the parties are really willing to implement.
